makeBIMIFiles uploaded for conversion are processed in volatile memory and deleted immediately after the conversion completes. No file content is written to permanent storage. No account is required to use the tool. We utilise strictly anonymised analytics to measure site performance.
veriBIMIEmail addresses submitted via the contact form or audit request form on veriBIMI.com, and email addresses voluntarily submitted on makeBIMI.com to receive DNS record delivery. Nothing else. No browsing history, no device fingerprinting, no persistent identifiers beyond the analytics session described below.
Contact and audit request submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, licence, or use your email address for any marketing purpose without your explicit consent.
makeBIMIEmail addresses voluntarily submitted for DNS record delivery are stored in an encrypted MySQL database hosted on Infomaniak Network SA infrastructure in Switzerland. Records are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at [email protected]
veriBIMIAudit request submissions are retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted within 12 months of engagement close, or immediately upon written request.
Both properties are hosted on Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland. All data is processed under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and is compatible with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No data is transferred to third-country servers outside of Switzerland or the EU/EEA, except as described in Section 4.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is active on both sites to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the tools. It is configured to anonymise IP addresses and session data. We do not set any third-party advertising cookies or engage in cross-site tracking.
GA4 data is processed by Google LLC on servers in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses. You may opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

While every effort is made to produce W3C SVG Tiny P/S compliant output, we make no guarantee that any specific Certificate Authority will accept the generated file for VMC or CMC issuance. The tool is provided for informational and preparatory purposes only.
veriBIMIUse of this service is subject to Swiss law. Automated scraping, bulk conversion requests, or use of the conversion engine for any purpose other than legitimate BIMI compliance preparation is prohibited. veriBIMI℠ acts as an intermediary broker and does not itself issue certificates.
